After receiving the order confirmation, we will provide you with a foundation plan. When dimensioning the foundations, we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/sqcm).It is important to ensure that the holes for fastening into the floor slab can be drilled without reinforcement and with a minimum depth of 100 mm.Please ensure that there are no utility lines in the area where the ground dowelling will take place.Our quotation assumes that there are no significant longitudinal or transverse slopes that would require an adjustment of the construction. However, if necessary, we will be happy to provide a slope adjustment at an additional cost.The footings to be constructed must be on the same level, level and have no slopes. The maximum height difference should be +/- 5 mm.Please note that dowelling by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.If you choose our installation services, we will ensure that these requirements are properly met.Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for disposing of the packaging material required for truck transportation. The packing material, such as wood, PE film, cardboard, etc., should be disposed of properly by you. We recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to properly dispose of the packaging material to minimize environmental impact.Delivery time: For our roofing, the delivery time is usually about 6-8 weeks after receipt of order confirmation.Please note that items that are coated according to RAL colors, custom-made or custom-made products are excluded from exchange (return).
